When it comes to delivering Xenon, we place equal
emphasis on the people and services that accompany it. Each client is
assigned a member of Sakonnet’s services group and a member of
the product management group.
Members of the professional services
team act as a single point of contact on
immediate or longer-term issues and opportunities. They manage and
co-ordinate all new implementation projects, and develop a strong
relationship with clients to understand how the Xenon service is actually
used. They feed that knowledge into the software development process
to enhance Xenon's fit to client needs.
Members of our product management
team are responsible for defining new functionality
and co-ordinating with other Sakonnet units to make sure new releases
of Xenon reflect business requirements. With the development staff,
they work out the best way of achieving functional enhancements, and
are also responsible for training clients’ end
users and support staff.
